The system includes one M61*6 ceramic membrane filtration unit, which is used to clarify and filter the feed liquid and obtain qualified products. This plan is based on ceramic membrane production data and combined with our company's many years of successful experience in applying membrane filtration technology to various industrial productions to design it so that it can successfully complete the set processing tasks.
During the production process, the membrane will be contaminated by the liquid to be filtered. To restore membrane filtration performance, equipment needs to be cleaned in place after each production batch.

Configuration:
1. Host
①The system adopts integrated structural design and skid-mounted structure. There are no sanitary dead corners on the equipment surface and meets GMP requirements;
② The system is equipped with a security filter to prevent damage to the membrane core caused by foreign matter mixed with materials;
③The system is equipped with flow, pressure, liquid level, temperature and other instruments, which can realize online monitoring, system protection and alarm of various parameters;
④The system is equipped with a CIP online cleaning system, which can realize one-click cleaning of the system, and the system batch cleaning time does not exceed 2 hours (depending on the specific project conditions);
⑤The main equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel except for seals.
2. Membrane elements and membrane modules
The membrane filtration system uses Bona's high-quality ceramic membrane elements, which have strong anti-pollution capabilities, stable flux, and are easy to clean.
3. Pump machine
① The feed pump is a domestic high-quality multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump, which uses frequency converter start control to provide pressure and external circulation flow to the membrane module. The pump provides high pressure, small volume, and reliable and stable performance;
② The circulation pump is a domestic high-quality horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump. The frequency converter startup control provides pressure and internal circulation flow (membrane surface flow rate) for the membrane module. The pump provides large flow, works, is stable and reliable, and has strong corrosion resistance.
4. Tank
The system needs to be equipped with a 2000L cleaning liquid tank, and is designed with pre-flare pipes, valves, reserved holes, etc. according to production and automation control needs.
5. Seals
Based on Bona's many years of relevant engineering experience and pilot experiments, the sealing materials between system pipes and valves are made of sanitary VMQ materials, and the membrane module seals are made of PTFE+EPDM, which are acid and alkali resistant, ensuring the sealing stability and safety of the system. sex.
6. Instruments
The membrane filtration system is equipped with pressure, temperature, flow, and liquid level sensors, and is matched with on-site display pressure and temperature instruments.
7. Backflush system
The membrane filtration system is equipped with an automatic backflush system, which can automatically backflush online during operation to ensure long-term and stable operation of the membrane filtration system, reduce the membrane flux attenuation speed, extend the use time, and increase the output of a single batch.
8. System security
The system monitors all safety-related parameters in real-time operation, and takes corresponding actions or automatic shutdown protection or buzzer alarm according to different situations. The alarm information can accurately record the fault location and cause, and the alarm record can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system stops immediately. When reset, the device enters standby mode.
