Configuration:
1. Host
ØThe system adopts integrated structural design and skid-mounted structure. There are no sanitary dead corners on the surface of the equipment and meets GMP requirements.
ØThe system is equipped with a security filter to prevent damage to the membrane core caused by foreign matter mixed with materials.
ØThe system is equipped with pressure, temperature, flow and other instruments, which can be monitored on site.
ØThe main equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel except for seals.
2. Pump body
The circulation pump uses domestic high-quality SS304 stainless steel centrifugal pump to ensure the pressure and flow required by the membrane filtration system. The pump works stably, has reliable performance, strong corrosion resistance, and is easy to install and maintain.
3. Tank body
The system is equipped with 1 cleaning tank, and is designed with reserved pipes, valves, reserved holes, etc. according to production and automation control requirements.
4. Membrane modules, membrane elements
It has been verified by small-scale and pilot-scale experiments that the membrane filtration system components adopt Bona's high-quality ceramic membrane components, which have strong anti-pollution capabilities, stable flux, and are easy to clean. The equipment can be replaced with ceramic membrane elements ranging from 5nm to 1500nm.
5. Seals
Based on Bona's many years of relevant engineering experience and pilot experiments, EPDM is used as hard sealing material for system pipes, valves and other hard sealing materials, and PTFE+EPDM is used for membrane module seals, which are acid and alkali resistant, without any foreign matter falling off, and are not harmful to equipment and equipment. Any contamination brought by the product can ensure the sealing stability and safety of the system.
6. Safety device
The system monitors all safety-related parameters in real-time operation and has a self-protection function. It will respond accordingly or automatically shut down for protection according to different situations. It will buzz and alarm. The alarm information can accurately record the fault location and cause, and the alarm record can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system stops immediately. When reset, the device enters standby mode.
