Specification

The ceramic membrane filtration experimental machine (BONA-GM-22) can be equipped with ceramic membrane elements (UF, MF) of different pore sizes. It is widely used in biology, pharmaceutical, food, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields, and is used for process experiments such as separation, purification, clarification and sterilization of feed liquids. It can replace the plate and frame filtration, centrifugal separation, solvent extraction, natural sedimentation, diatomite filtration and other processes in traditional processes. It can reduce the amount of activated carbon used in decolorization, improve the adsorption efficiency of resin adsorption, and extend the regeneration cycle of ion exchange resin. The use of ceramic membrane filtration and separation technology has the advantages of fast product filtration speed, high yield, good quality, low operating cost, and long service life.

One feed pump, one SUS316L membrane shell, one ceramic membrane element, one set of pressure sensor, one set of temperature sensor, one set of 10L material tank (jacket, with baffle at the bottom), one pressure regulating valve, and electrical appliances A set of instruments, several pipes and their connecting parts, a set of racks, a set of automatic over-pressure protection system, and a set of automatic over-temperature protection system.
