Introduction:
1. The equipment has an automatic overpressure protection function, and the overpressure automatically stops; ensuring the safety of the use process;
2. With temperature protection function, high temperature automatically stops, and low temperature automatically starts;
3. With temperature control module, over-temperature automatically stops to ensure the stability of materials during the experiment; high and low temperature alarms can be set, and automatic start and stop;
4. Other models of microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration membranes, and reverse osmosis membrane elements can be replaced;
5. The equipment is equipped with pressure and temperature sensors, and the digital display screen displays pressure and temperature;
6. All stainless steel welding adopts automatic argon filling protection, single-sided welding, double-sided molding, and there are no welding points on the pipeline in contact with the material to ensure the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of the equipment;
7. The inner and outer surfaces of the equipment pipeline are of excellent quality, simple operation, clean and hygienic, safe and reliable;
8. The power supply of the equipment adopts frequency conversion control, which can fully ensure the safety of equipment and personnel;
9. Membrane element: imported membrane element is used, and the membrane element model is configured: the membrane element is configured according to the filtration requirements. The membrane element complies with the US FDA, USDA, and 3-A sanitary standards;
